(AUDIO/BOOK) SEMINARS
Please review the scope file provided for each (audio/book) seminar carefully before purchase. There is no return except under very limited conditions (exchange or refund by check only) as further discussed here. [This is because each book is painstakingly writtten to provide the most practical information in the least space as well as the audio tracks. It is estimated that at least 100 manhours is spent to create each hour of an audio/book seminar. This does not include the gathering of previous notes over the years.] Seminars will be permitted to be returned for two reasons only, (1) damaged goods received (exchange only) or (2) non-acceptance by a PE Board (reimbursement by check).
If a damaged CD is received, please contact AHJeducation by email and a new CD will be mailed to you without charge.
If a damaged book is received, the damaged book must be returned to AHJeducation by the same shipping method used by AHJeducation. The purchaser shall be reimbursed for the shipping cost (via check from AHJeducation) along with a new book that will be sent to the purchaser.
If a PE board does not accept the seminar in question for the full amount of time specified by AHJeducation (we will need a letter from the PE board to confirm), your money (via check from AHJeducation) will be returned to you promptly (after return of all seminar materials – shipping same as above for damaged goods received).
