1. Select the (audio/book) seminar you want.
All (audio/book) seminars are independent of each other. This means that you can purchase individual seminars in any order desired. The completed test for each seminar can be submitted at any time (any time that you desire your PDH to be applied, just turn in your completed test). Each (audio/book) seminar is a highly technical audio discussion of the associated book that we call a personal seminar. The book portion of the (audio/book) seminars is intended as a reference for your daily work.
2. Purchase.
Your credit card information will be used for your name and address unless otherwise notified.
3. Receive the book and audio CD.
A data CD with spreadsheets may be provided (when indicated under "More Info" when purchasing).
4. Listen to the audio CD and write in the test answers (on our blank form or your own).
There is no time limit to return the completed test. Just write down the test answers as you listen to the seminar – the questions and answers both are given. If you have questions, jot them down as you listen/read the seminar and email them to us. See Contact Us. Questions for a particular seminar will only be answered for those who have purchased that seminar.
The questions are imbedded in the audio portion instead of provided ahead of time to validate the time value of the course to the PE Boards.
Please include the (1) seminar #, (2) test date, (3) your name printed, and (4) your signature.
6. Receive your completion certificate and PDH credit.
After 100% score on your test (if you listen to the audio CD, you will have all the answers), you will be sent a completion certificate with the test date.
7. If you do not receive a 100% score, we will notify you that you need to take the test again.
You can take the test as many times as you like. If you did not make a 100% score the first time, this means that you accidentally skipped a part of the audio portion. Since the vast majority of states require a test, we require a completed test to receive a completion certificate from us. This also provides reciprocity between PE Boards. Even those states not requiring a test do require evidence of "successful completion". We do not know of any other way (where courses are not "live") to provide evidence of "successful completion".
