Do I have to complete the test prior to receiving my completion certificate for my (audio/book) seminar?
Yes, the vast majority of state PE Boards want either proof of completion or a graded test. Just write down the (open-book) test answers as you listen to the seminar – the questions and answers both are given. In addition, regardless of the number of PDH of the seminar, there will always be 20 questions. Scan and email the test to test@ahjeducation.com.

When do I receive my completion certificate for my (audio/book) seminar?
You will receive the certificate shortly after we receive your test and you have passed the test with a 100% score. It will then be emailed to you.

I have received a PDF file of my certificate. Do you provide a paper copy?
No. You can print your certificate from this file.

Is there a time limit on completing the test for the (audio/book) seminar?
No. Professional Development Hours credit is given when your test is received. Remember that a 100% score is required.

When do my email rights to ask questions about a (audio/book) seminar (for the seminar I have purchased) expire?
There is no expiration even after you receive your completion certificate. However, these email rights are non-transferable (if you decide to give your seminar to someone else). To submit email questions, see Contact Us.

What happens if I have more PDH hours than I need for this year?
Most PE boards permit the rolling forward of a certain amount of extra PDH hours to the next year.

How long do you keep your records?
We will keep the records 6+ years.

Can the written portion of the (audio/book) seminars be provided in PDF format?
No. Book format helps to prevent unauthorized duplication.
